The Beginner’s Cocktail
Put the ingredients in a shaker and add ice. Shake and strain upon poring to a glass. This recipe was made by Jesse Lundin of The Secret Society. For this cocktail recipe you’ll need:
- Tequila (1.5 oz)
- Kübler Absinthe (.25 oz)
- Green Chartreuse (.75 oz)
- Lemon juice (.75 oz)
- Agave syrup (.5 oz)
The Traditional Mix
This is the traditional recipe which is very simple. This is ideal for those who are already enjoying the absinthe’s taste. You will only need an ounce of absinthe, cold water, and a squeeze of simple syrup. Slowly pour the cold pour cold water into the glass with absinthe and it will create ‘the louche’, then add a bit of simple syrup and the traditional mix is done.
